THE POSITION

As a Director of Integrated Supply Chain Project Management here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be the visionary leader driving the strategic direction of our supply chain initiatives. With your extensive experience in supply chain project management, you will be responsible for leading Honeywell’s delivery performance recovery for the Defense & Space BGNG CBT, consisting of Boeing Defense, Boeing Global Services, and Northrup Grumman.


You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Torrance, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.


Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Develop and articulate a forward-thinking strategic vision for the supply chain project management function, aligning it with overarching business objectives.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the supply chain project management team.
  • Spearhead the direction and oversight of end-to-end supply chain projects, orchestrating a seamless integration of planning, execution, and monitoring phases.

Qualifications

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to US export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, perm resident, protected status under asylum/refugee, OR can obtain export approval.



YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and align supply chain projects with overall business objectives.
  • Proven expertise in driving and managing change within a dynamic supply chain environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

COMPENSATION 

The annual salary range for this position is $233,000 - $262,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
