Lead Teachable’s brand and content function, including brand identity, narrative, creative output, content strategy, events, PR, and earned media. Manage internal leads and creative talent, external agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships. Set strategic and creative direction, oversee events and communications, establish performance metrics, and align brand initiatives with business goals. The role also requires mentoring leaders and maintaining a consistent brand experience across channels and audiences.

Own creator and business partnerships from prospecting through deal closure, onboarding, retention, and renewal. Source and prioritize a high-value pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, run co-marketing initiatives, represent Teachable at events, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth. Track partnership performance and convert relationships into measurable acquisition and revenue.

Manage full-cycle B2B SaaS sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients across North America and Portuguese-speaking markets. Build and qualify pipeline, run consultative discovery and product demos in Portuguese and English, negotiate contracts and pricing with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success, meet ARR quotas, and mentor junior sellers while providing regional market feedback.
