Own and scale manufacturing training, onboarding, certification, and workforce development programs. Manage the manufacturing LMS, training records, dashboards, compliance documentation, and effectiveness metrics. Build partnerships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, government agencies, and community groups to develop talent pipelines, apprenticeships, internships, and hiring initiatives. Identify workforce grants and public funding opportunities while coordinating cross-functional programs across manufacturing, engineering, quality, HR, recruiting, and production.
