Leads SharkNinja’s omnichannel growth strategy for Walmart, aligning Sales, Marketing, Retail Media, Analytics, Product, and Operations. Develops operating plans, joint business strategies, launch and promotional priorities, and investment frameworks. Uses shopper insights and performance data to improve discoverability, conversion, digital merchandising, and customer experience. Owns cross-functional governance, represents the company in executive Walmart meetings, influences senior stakeholders, and identifies opportunities to expand category leadership and deliver measurable commercial growth.

Manages organic social media across SharkNinja’s Shark Home, Ninja Kitchen, and Shark Beauty brands. Responsibilities include maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring trends, managing comments and DMs, coordinating influencer campaigns, reviewing creator content for brand alignment and FTC compliance, tracking performance, managing product seeding logistics, identifying UGC, and preparing cross-brand performance reports.

Designs and validates early-stage corded and cordless consumer products through feasibility studies, proof-of-concept rigs, CAD layouts, 3D models, and functional prototypes. Translate product and launch strategies into conversion-focused visual experiences, develop creative systems and templates, adapt global assets, collaborate with sales and creative teams, manage external talent, present concepts, and stay current on retail platform capabilities and testing practices.

Lead program design and delivery for DTC data and AI initiatives: manage Snowflake-based data pipelines, build and deploy AI tools, design processes, ensure measurement governance (GA4), and align stakeholders to drive commercial growth.

Design and produce high-volume digital creative for DTC product launches and campaigns (email, PDPs, landing pages, on-site modules). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply design systems and brand standards, generate AI-assisted creative variants for testing, and maintain conversion-focused, on-brand assets across UK, US, Canada, and Mexico.

Lead design validation and engineering quality activities across NPD for Ninja Coffee products. Develop and execute DVP&R, run DFMEA and design reviews, analyze pre-production data, manage ECNs, and partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to establish process controls, CAPAs, and corrective actions to ensure products meet quality standards prior to production launch.

Lead global FP&A for DTC and social commerce, partnering with media and marketing to drive forecasting, margin management, commercial strategy, and platform economics (TikTok Shop). Build and scale FP&A processes, financial models, and reporting across regions while advising senior leadership on investments, launches, and performance to optimize sales, margins, and ROI.
