The LATAM Marketing Co-op will support social media initiatives and community engagement for SharkNinja's Latin America markets, focusing on relationship building and content creation.

Lead conceptual and written creative across campaigns and channels (video, social, digital, OOH, retail, experiential). Write scripts and product copy, translate technical product stories into human copy, collaborate with art directors and designers, adapt tone for global markets, push creative thinking, and use AI tools to accelerate work while maintaining original ideas.

Lead global media investment strategy and governance, managing enterprise marketing budgets, agency and platform partnerships, and agile investment operating models. Drive ROI-focused allocation, partner with Finance and Commercial teams, pilot ad tech and new platforms, and lead a global media investment team to present performance insights to executive leadership.

Lead and scale a global systems engineering function to define system architectures, requirements, verification/validation, and reliability for connected consumer appliances. Drive MBSE, cross-functional integration (mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, cloud), platform reuse, technical governance, risk mitigation, and organizational capability building to deliver products from concept through commercialization.

Co-op supporting early-stage product development by generating user-centered concepts, building and testing rapid prototypes, running design studies and user tests, and iterating designs with cross-functional teams. Emphasis on mechanical design, ergonomics, materials, and feasibility from concept through prototyping.

Manage day-to-day execution of talent acceleration programs across learning, leadership, performance, and culture. Build plans, timelines, and workflows; coordinate logistics, systems, and communications; create scalable playbooks; partner with HRBPs and business leaders; track impact and reports; surface risks; guide program resources; and use data and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Create high-end motion graphics and photorealistic CGI product visualizations for campaigns across social, digital, broadcast, retail, and experiential channels. Concept and execute motion storytelling, build efficient CGI workflows, integrate AI tools to accelerate iteration, and collaborate with art and product teams from concept through production delivery.
