Participate in product development from research and concept to CAD and prototyping. Execute intercompany inventory transfers in Oracle, coordinate with distribution centers and carriers, monitor pickups/deliveries, resolve shipment issues, maintain records, support KPI tracking, and drive process improvements during peak periods.

Lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of global mobility and immigration programs across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Serve as subject-matter expert for U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration, manage visa sponsorships, renewals, and case portfolios, partner with HR, Legal, Compensation, Payroll, Finance and external counsel, develop policies and compliance frameworks, leverage AI/automation to optimize processes, analyze program metrics, and manage vendor relationships to deliver scalable, compliant, and employee-focused mobility solutions.
