Lead portfolio strategy and enterprise transformation for an AI-native SaaS platform. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments, build financial models and business cases, design monetization/pricing and bundling, run cross-functional tiger teams, and establish portfolio KPIs to drive measurable P&L impact and multi-product scale.

Lead and scale the account management function to reduce churn, drive retention and expansion, and ensure world-class partner service. Manage KPIs (Churn, CSAT, SLAs), develop playbooks and escalation paths for outsourced teams, perform QA and coaching, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and use account health data to predict risk and inform strategy.

Partner with AT&T sales and channel partners to provide technical pre-sales support for RingCentral/AT&T Office@Hand, including demos, proofs of concept, partner enablement, solution validation, product feedback, and in-region onsite support. Act as SME across UCaaS, VoIP, networking, and contact center technologies while supporting sales plans, events, and product roadmap prioritization.

Lead and scale RingCentral's AI and systems integrator partner ecosystem end-to-end: executive relations, alliance strategy, GTM and offer strategy, partner marketplaces, field enablement, pipeline governance, cross-functional interlock, co-sell, and joint customer success while managing the AI & SI Alliances team.

Design, prototype, and deliver enterprise AI solutions (RAG, LLMs, agents). Architect data flows and integrations, evaluate third-party models, build production features, establish telemetry and evaluation, partner with stakeholders, maintain AI roadmap, and evangelize AI adoption across business units.

Lead the global internal audit and SOX 404 program, drive AI and analytics-enabled continuous monitoring, perform operational and product security audits and investigations, advise senior leadership and external auditors, prepare Audit Committee reporting, and manage and develop a high-performing global audit team.
