As a Business Development Representative, you'll qualify leads, follow up through various channels, and support the Outbound Sales team to increase sales opportunities.

Lead complex public-sector SaaS and cloud transactions across state, local, and higher-education markets. Draft and negotiate agreements, support RFx processes and bid protests, advise on procurement regulations, develop contracting playbooks and workflows, train cross-functional teams, and manage deal structuring, compliance, disputes, and contract operations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, Product, and other legal stakeholders while using CLM, CRM, and AI tools to improve contracting efficiency.

Provides domestic and international employment-law advice on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour matters, investigations, terminations, agreements, policies, claims, audits, and litigation. Partners with HR and business leaders to manage risk, support compliance, and implement scalable employment practices. Also supports global employment and immigration initiatives while coordinating with internal and external counsel.

Manage 200+ existing mid-market accounts, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, reduce churn, and deliver strong customer service. Serve as an expert on RingCentral’s communications portfolio, including hosted VoIP, call management, and contact center solutions. Use B2B solution selling, customer needs analysis, sales methodologies, and channel-partner relationships to grow revenue and support new business initiatives.

Drive sales for RingCentral’s small and home office segment by managing inbound leads, developing pipeline, forecasting accurately, conducting virtual presentations and web demos, and selling communication solutions to IT decision-makers. The role requires consistently achieving quota, managing complex sales cycles, using a challenger selling approach, and adapting quickly in a technology-driven environment.

Drive solution-based sales for RingCentral’s small and medium-sized business segment. Manage leads, sales cycles, pipelines, forecasting, virtual presentations, and web demonstrations while engaging IT decision-makers. Consistently meet or exceed quota, acquire SMB customers, and use strategic, consultative selling techniques to maximize opportunities. Salesforce proficiency and experience with software, SaaS, telecom, or related B2B technology sales are valued.

Own strategic enterprise deployments of production agentic AI systems, including multi-turn voice and digital agents, retrieval pipelines, integrations, guardrails, monitoring, evaluation, and ROI measurement. Support pre-sales demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds while translating customer feedback into product and engineering roadmap improvements. The role requires hands-on production coding, customer-facing technical leadership, and comfort operating in an emerging forward-deployed engineering function.

Lead end-to-end transformation of sell-side and buy-side contracting by deploying AI-assisted drafting, review, negotiation, and integrations with CRM/CPQ/ERP. Own strategy, vendor evaluations, pilots, custom agent builds, change management, and analytics to improve cycle time, compliance, and ROI across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.

Lead and scale RingCentral's full-funnel paid performance engine across SEM, paid social, programmatic, display, CTV/OLV, and affiliate. Manage an in-house team and agencies, own eight-figure media budgets, build measurement and attribution, run test-and-learn programs, and apply AI and automation to drive pipeline and revenue for B2B SaaS.

Lead corporate strategic planning and finance transformation initiatives, modernizing ERP and automation. Build financial models and business cases for M&A, market entry, and product investments. Drive cross-functional projects with Finance, Product, and Sales, implement advanced analytics and reporting, and communicate strategic and financial performance to executive stakeholders.
