Own and grow Octus.com optimization through analytics, A/B testing, personalization and marketing technology. Build hypotheses, run experiments (VWO), manage GA4/GTM measurement, ensure lead capture and data quality, and use AI to improve digital experience and marketing efficiency.

Manage renewals and growth for East Coast law firm clients, driving renewals, expansions, uplifts, and cross-sells to meet a 120%+ net retention target. Collaborate with customer success and product teams, analyze KPIs and product usage to inform account strategies, and travel for client meetings. Use Salesforce for account management.
