Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to support performance, retention, and revenue goals. Own design vision, systems, and quality; hire and mentor designers; drive user-centered research, accessibility, and A/B testing; partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to connect design to activation, engagement, retention, and revenue metrics.

Lead architecture and technical direction for core Scala/Java systems, drive cross-team delivery, improve reliability and performance, standardize platform patterns and tooling, embed secure-by-design practices, mentor senior engineers, and advance AI-first engineering workflows.
