Lead architecture and technical direction for core Scala/Java systems, drive cross-team delivery, improve reliability and performance, standardize platform patterns and tooling, embed secure-by-design practices, mentor senior engineers, and advance AI-first engineering workflows. Collaborate with global teams and support occasional international travel.

Lead lifecycle strategy and execution across multiple mobile game titles to drive activation, retention, engagement, and LTV. Build automated multi-channel workflows (email, push, in‑app), advance segmentation and personalization, run A/B and holdout experiments, ensure email deliverability and IP health, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Live Ops, Analytics, and Creative to scale repeatable lifecycle programs.
