Leads strategic insights partnership for an OTC and Personal Care manufacturer. Oversees analytics, consumer and retail insights, storytelling, client recommendations, thought leadership, project delivery, and team development. Builds executive relationships, translates complex business questions into actionable growth opportunities, coaches insights associates, manages deliverables, and supports innovation and business development. Requires onsite work in New Providence, New Jersey at least two days weekly.

Lead end-to-end delivery of BI reporting solutions across NIQ data sources, analyze data to surface trends, consult with clients on BI tool usage, identify and nurture BI leads, optimize reporting processes, collaborate on product development, manage projects independently, and support cross-functional BI initiatives and customer engagements.

Drive new business for NielsenIQ Financial Services by prospecting, managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach to close, conducting market analysis, gathering market intelligence, and providing reports. Engage clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, participate in training, and contribute to product development to meet client needs.

Support client decision-making by delivering industry, market, and consumer insights using NIQ tools and data. Translate and visualize POS and panel data into actionable recommendations, coach junior staff, identify revenue opportunities, and integrate AI to improve workflows and analytical impact.
