Field-based with regional travel.

Own and execute strategic technology partnership plans, drive joint integrations and solutions with product and engineering, align cross-functional teams, enable Sales/Channel go-to-market, manage executive reporting, and measure partnership health and adoption to deliver mutual business value.

Lead North America sales operations: manage forecasting, territory and capacity planning, quota setting, pipeline analysis, sales process standardization, BI reporting and dashboards, cross-functional GTM planning, and prepare QBRs to improve sales productivity and forecast accuracy.

Provide presales technical leadership for enterprise accounts: demonstrate Nexthink platform value, run value-based workshops, engage cross-functional stakeholders, support large-scale transactions, and evangelize the product at events.

Provide hands-on presales support for large enterprise accounts, demonstrate Nexthink product value to executive stakeholders, run value-based workshops, engage IT Security/Operations/Service Management, drive complex deals, and evangelize Nexthink at events.

Sell Nexthink’s Digital Employee Experience platform to IT leaders in mid-to-large enterprises. Build pipeline, run discovery, lead account planning and negotiations, coordinate pre-sales and services, work with partners, maintain forecast, and close both tactical and strategic deals to meet quota.

Provide hands-on presales support for large enterprise accounts: act as Nexthink product expert, engage IT stakeholders, run value-based workshops, support deal progression, and represent Nexthink at events. Field-based role with regional travel across the Northeast.
