Partners with sales, services, and partners to qualify opportunities, conduct value-based workshops, demonstrate solutions, engage executive stakeholders, and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes. Serves as a product subject matter expert and supports large-scale transactions. This field-based role requires domestic travel to client sites and occasional international travel.

Provide presales technical and business-value leadership for Nexthink’s enterprise Digital Employee Experience platform. Partner with sales, professional services, and partners to qualify opportunities, conduct value-based workshops, engage executive stakeholders, support large transactions, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Serve as a subject matter expert and represent Nexthink at customer, company, and marketing events across the Southeast region.

Provides enterprise presales support for Nexthink’s Digital Employee Experience platform across the Northeast. Partners with sales, services, and partners to qualify opportunities, lead value-based workshops, demonstrate technical and business outcomes, support large enterprise transactions, and engage IT executives. Serves as a product subject matter expert and thought leader while traveling to client sites and representing Nexthink at events.

Provides technical presales support for small-enterprise sales teams through discovery, presentations, product demonstrations, technical validations, and proof-of-concept activities. Partners with sales and cross-functional teams to align Nexthink’s SaaS platform with customer business outcomes. Supports security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs, engages IT stakeholders, participates in webinars and marketing events, and travels occasionally. The role is hybrid in Boston, requiring three office days weekly.

Provide presales expertise for Nexthink’s healthcare and VDI solutions. Support sales qualification, lead technical demonstrations, facilitate value-based workshops, guide complex healthcare transactions, and engage clinical, virtualization, IT security, and operations stakeholders. Serve as a healthcare and VDI subject-matter expert, translate technical performance into clinical and business outcomes, and represent Nexthink through public speaking and industry thought leadership. Regular domestic travel to client sites and occasional international travel are required.

Provides technical pre-sales support for Federal DoD customers through discovery, presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, technical validation, and RFI/RFP responses. Partners with sales teams and IT, security, and service-management stakeholders to communicate Nexthink’s value, qualify opportunities, address DoD requirements, and achieve technical wins. Represents Nexthink as a technical subject matter expert at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events.

Develop and execute growth strategies with global managed service providers and global systems integrators across Europe. Build executive, sales, and product relationships; drive partner revenue, co-selling, business development, and go-to-market initiatives. Create value propositions, enable field teams, coordinate internal stakeholders, monitor market trends, and present business reviews to senior leadership while managing performance targets.
