Sell Nexthink's Digital Employee Experience platform to IT and Digital Workplace leaders at mid-to-large organizations. Build pipeline, run discovery, coordinate pre-sales and services, negotiate contracts, forecast accurately, and act as a trusted advisor to drive measurable business value and growth.

Drive regional channel revenue through partner recruitment, onboarding, and joint business planning across the Southeast. Generate and manage partner-sourced pipeline, collaborate with direct sales through full sales cycle, execute go-to-market initiatives, and ensure partner enablement, forecasting accuracy, and regional growth.

Provide presales technical leadership for enterprise accounts: demonstrate Nexthink value, run value-based workshops, engage IT stakeholders, support large transactions, and partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to exceed revenue goals.

Provide enterprise presales and technical consulting to support sales, demonstrating Nexthink product value to executives. Qualify leads, run value-based workshops, engage stakeholders across IT functions, support large transactions, and evangelize Nexthink at events while partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to meet revenue goals.

Provide hands-on presales support for enterprise accounts, demonstrate Nexthink platform value to executive stakeholders, run value-based workshops, engage IT Security/Operations/Service Management, support large enterprise deals, and evangelize Nexthink at events while partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners.

Manage end-to-end Deal Desk operations to accelerate sales: run deal reviews, enforce SLAs, recommend pricing/structure, approve partner terms, coordinate legal redlines, support RFP/RFQ responses, document policies, train sales, and drive cross-functional process and system improvements.

Lead North America revenue operations partnering with Sales and Marketing to optimize GTM planning, forecasting, territory and quota design, pipeline analysis, reporting, and sales process standardization. Deliver actionable analytics and models to sales leadership, drive forecast accuracy, support QBRs, and implement programs to grow new business, upsell, and cross-sell while improving sales productivity and efficiency.

The Client Director will manage complex enterprise relationships, driving renewals and expansion while aligning Nexthink's platform with client business priorities, leveraging executive relationships for growth.
