Build C-level relationships, develop and execute GTM and partner enablement plans, co-sell with field teams, influence product strategy, represent the company at events, and deliver business reviews while meeting performance targets.

Lead the North America services go-to-market as the sales-facing professional services (PS) leader. Drive services positioning, manage escalations, ensure quality value delivery, coach and develop teams, support high-value deals and at-risk accounts, and represent PS in business reviews to tie services outcomes to commercial results.

Owner of a portfolio of marquee enterprise accounts in the Northeast, driving renewals, license and services expansion, and executive-level relationships. Build outcome-driven roadmaps, lead cross-functional virtual teams, and deliver measurable value tied to IT cost reduction and employee productivity. Responsible for financial performance and global account coordination.

Lead global accounting and controllership functions, oversee audits, close and consolidation processes, financial reporting (USGAAP/IFRS/ASC 606), financial systems, and intercompany accounting.
