The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, source candidates for various technical roles, and enhance MORSE's employer brand.

Perform Bayesian and probabilistic modeling, test and evaluate ML/AI systems, analyze complex datasets, develop algorithms, and transition solutions into software and real-time embedded systems for national security customers. Communicate results and propose technical paths forward.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable C++ and Python software for hardware-software interfaces and real-time systems. Interface with sensors, cameras, GPS, radios, and microcontrollers. Participate in design and code reviews, use containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), follow Agile practices, collaborate across teams, and contribute to modular, maintainable codebases supporting DoD customers.

Lead Data Scientist will define goals and metrics for algorithm Test & Evaluation, research T&E methodology, lead vendor coordination, present analyses and results to stakeholders, and transition algorithms into software and real-time embedded systems.

Perform data analysis and test & evaluation of machine learning algorithms; develop algorithms for physical and autonomous systems; transition algorithms to software and embedded systems; work with stakeholders to present results and solutions; research new ML and data-analysis methods; handle large, multidimensional datasets and data pipelines.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications in Python. Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Helm deployments, and ensure security compliance. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to produce maintainable, modular software for DoD customers.

Designs and scales manufacturing processes from prototype to production, develops work instructions and QA procedures, implements PFMEA and process improvements, selects/vendors equipment, coordinates with technicians and contract manufacturers, and applies DfM/DfA and GD&T to ensure high-yield production.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications hosted in the cloud. Implement front-end UIs, build backend APIs interacting with cloud services, containerize apps, collaborate with infrastructure engineers, follow Agile and DevSecOps practices, and contribute to extensible, object-oriented codebases.

Lead AI Test & Evaluation programs that measure mission-level outcomes across models, subsystems, and user workflows. Architect T&E systems, advise government customers, translate findings into engineering recommendations, run program execution (schedule/budget/team), and grow business opportunities while leading a multidisciplinary technical team.
