Join the Atlas Core IAM team to design, build, and deliver authentication and authorization features for MongoDB Atlas. Lead medium-sized full-stack projects, collaborate across the project lifecycle, ship production code quickly, and grow technically while exemplifying company leadership principles.

Lead multi-year product strategy for non-human identity and access across MongoDB Atlas, core database, and developer platforms. Drive workload identity federation, programmatic access, AI agent authorization, and developer-first access management. Partner with engineering, UX, and GTM to validate enterprise requirements, prioritize initiatives, and measure adoption. Represent MongoDB externally and mentor PMs to elevate product quality.

Lead global Corporate FP&A: own forecasting/planning calendar, consolidate corporate forecasts, build and modernize planning systems (Pigment), apply AI automation, produce management reporting for senior leaders and Board, and manage a small team of analysts while partnering cross-functionally to drive process and system efficiencies.

Lead and grow a partner-facing technical services team to manage escalations, drive operational excellence in case triage/resolution, improve support processes, collaborate across Product/Engineering/Customer Success, and deliver actionable product feedback to improve partner outcomes and scale support operations.

Manage a multi-million-dollar book of business, drive growth and retention, prospect and close deals, build relationships with technical buyers, collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services, and participate in sales training programs.
