The Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth by selling MongoDB’s data platform and MongoDB Atlas to organizations. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, expanding adoption, and contributing to revenue growth across enterprise accounts. The role requires extensive quota-carrying field sales experience, enterprise technology expertise, account expansion success, and residence in New York City.

Leads and manages an 8–10-person storage engineering team responsible for MongoDB’s transactional read/write path, durability, availability, performance, indexing, and storage architecture. Owns the roadmap, customer escalations, cross-team initiatives, engineering quality, hiring, coaching, and execution. Partners with Replication, Query, Sharding, Atlas, and other teams on distributed systems and workload-management improvements.

Leads Recruiting Operations strategy across process optimization, recruiting technology modernization, talent intelligence, data architecture, governance, and compliance. Owns the TA tooling roadmap, vendor relationships, workflow redesign, reporting, and recruiting analytics while partnering across People, HR Technology, legal, security, and business teams. Manages and develops the RecOps team, drives AI and automation initiatives, ensures data integrity and regulatory adherence, and delivers scalable hiring infrastructure.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB’s Partner Platform, including its Partner API, self-service onboarding, enterprise controls, billing, discovery, and partner-managed experiences. Translate partner and customer needs into scalable product capabilities, establish operating models and metrics, and collaborate across engineering, security, IAM, billing, design, marketing, and partnerships. Lead platform adoption for human and AI-agent developers while representing MongoDB externally and driving ecosystem growth.

Senior HR Business Partner supporting MongoDB’s Technical Services organization. Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, performance, compensation, succession, engagement, employee relations, and talent development. Uses people and business insights to guide decisions, leads annual people cycles, and improves scalable HR processes. Requires strategic HRBP experience in high-growth technology environments and recurring travel to offices and leadership offsites.

Own and evolve MongoDB’s global network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, VPN, SASE, authentication, firewalls, wireless, and cloud networking. Design and deploy secure, highly available office networks; troubleshoot complex L3 issues; automate network operations; partner with InfoSec, workplace, physical security, ISPs, and vendors; communicate risk and strategy; and mentor network engineers.

Develop and execute regional B2B marketing programs that accelerate enterprise deals, expand customer accounts, engage executive and technical decision-makers, and generate pipeline and recurring revenue. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and marketing teams to deliver account-focused campaigns, events, webinars, conferences, and developer initiatives. Track program performance, ROI, budget, and pipeline influence while conducting market research and optimizing strategies across assigned AMER markets.
