Lead the long-term vision and strategy for MongoDB Search infrastructure. Partner with engineering, SRE, and solutions architecture teams to translate distributed-systems tradeoffs into customer value, improve observability and operational reliability, define SLOs, and guide major search capabilities from concept through general availability. Drive customer discovery and strategic investments supporting scalable vector, hybrid, and AI-native applications.
