Own post-go-live customer relationships for a portfolio of live SaaS TMS customers. Drive adoption, retention, Hypercare, change management, and operational optimizations. Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, surface insights, influence product and training, and proactively identify opportunities that deliver business value and long-term growth.

In this role, you will execute product strategies, assist in defining requirements, support development teams, and advocate for user needs.

Lead the design and implementation of IAM in a microservices architecture, ensuring security orchestration while mentoring engineers and engaging stakeholders in the development process.

Own end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for a TMS: manage stakeholders, create and maintain project plans, control scope, surface and mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, ensure go-live readiness, and drive continuous improvement and handoff to Customer Success.

Lead design and delivery of integrations (API, EDI, event-driven) for a cloud TMS. Conduct technical discovery with clients, troubleshoot production issues, create architectural artifacts, and align Product, Engineering, and Implementation to ensure stable, scalable go-lives.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop scalable software for enterprise clients, collaborating with teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.
