Serve as the technical counterpart to Account Management to onboard, implement, and support customers on Lob's SaaS direct-mail platform. Lead technical implementations, document requirements, manage timelines, and ensure adoption and retention while partnering with account teams and customers.

Senior technical security engineer responsible for cloud infrastructure security, detection engineering, incident response, application and product security, vulnerability management, penetration test ownership, and security automation.
