Own end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade dbt models (Snowflake) for Sales and Product analytics. Build governed data marts, dimensional models, and reverse ETL workflows. Improve data quality, testing, monitoring, and documentation. Own large, complex programs end-to-end, make high-judgment architectural decisions, establish standards and paved paths, respond to incidents, and mentor senior engineers while aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, analytics, and AI/ML.

Lead end-to-end integrated demand-generation marketing for K:Service, designing and executing cross-channel customer journeys, collaborating with product and content teams, defining measurement plans, optimizing messaging/audiences, and reporting performance to drive pipeline, revenue, retention, and CX metrics.
