Sell Motive's fleet management platform to large enterprise prospects across industries. Prospect, develop executive relationships, win RFPs, coordinate technical resources, meet revenue quotas, and use customer analytics to drive expansion and integrations.

Lead a team supporting Enterprise and Strategic accounts across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Build dashboards and analytics to track operational metrics and SLAs, partner cross-functionally to design scalable workflows, and drive process improvements and projects to completion.

Build and operate scalable, highly observable backend services and stream-processing pipelines (Kafka, Flink) to process telemetry from hundreds of thousands of IoT devices, powering geofencing, alerts, trip construction, and APIs. Collaborate with Embedded/IoT teams, own infrastructure on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), reduce technical debt, and mentor teammates.
