Lead engineering for payments digital channels: set strategy and roadmap, drive cloud-native modernization (microservices, event-driven, Kubernetes), ensure availability/resiliency/compliance, partner cross-functionally, grow senior leaders, and adopt/ govern agentic AI-enabled SDLC automation to improve delivery and operational excellence.

Lead solutions analysis and technical program delivery for Global Liquidity platforms. Elicit, document, and validate business and data requirements; perform data analysis; design technical solutions; support testing (manual and automated acceptance); write Jira stories and acceptance criteria; communicate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders; mentor team members and drive data-informed decisions within Agile/Lean CI environments.
