Build full-stack, client-focused solutions using React and modern JavaScript or backend languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin/C#/Node.js/Python). Design APIs, work with relational and NoSQL databases, use cloud (AWS), containers, and CI/CD. Write tests, troubleshoot issues, contribute across the application lifecycle, mentor engineers, and support continuous improvement and AI/ML integration.

Design and lead cloud-native data architectures and end-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines across major cloud platforms. Build and optimize data lakes/warehouses, enforce data security and governance, implement IaC and CI/CD, conduct data profiling, and advise clients on AI/ML integration while mentoring delivery teams.

Work with clients to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements; decompose requirements into user stories; facilitate Agile ceremonies; support product discovery, prototyping, and data-driven analysis; manage risks and ensure timely delivery across cross-functional teams.

Design and deploy scalable ML infrastructure, implement CI/CD for models, monitor production models, build generative AI solutions, ensure security/compliance, preprocess/analyze data, develop and fine-tune models (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and communicate results to stakeholders. Onsite presence may be required.

Design and build scalable cloud-native data pipelines and models to produce trusted, analysis-ready data. Ensure data quality, governance, and privacy controls, apply software engineering best practices, enable BI and AI/ML consumption, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Lead cross-functional development teams and partner with senior stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end software solutions. Own architecture and full SDLC, design and support mission-critical systems, set architecture standards and best practices, mentor engineers, and integrate cloud, containerization, CI/CD, database, and AI/ML technologies into scalable applications.
