Lead Engine’s end-to-end creative strategy and production across digital, experiential, event, brand, and performance marketing. Build AI-assisted creative workflows, tooling, prompt libraries, asset systems, QA processes, and testing frameworks. Partner with Growth and Brand to improve creative velocity, performance, and brand consistency. Lead designers, editors, AI specialists, and producers while contributing hands-on creative direction and craft.

Leads a team of quota-carrying Account Directors responsible for customer expansion revenue. The role owns quota attainment, forecasting, pipeline discipline, territory strategy, hiring, coaching, executive engagement, and complex deal execution. The leader serves as executive sponsor for strategic opportunities, develops frontline sales talent, partners cross-functionally on account strategy, and uses data to improve win rates, deal size, and pipeline conversion.

Lead Engine’s enterprise data privacy, AI governance, and risk management programs. Develop privacy and vendor-risk frameworks, automate CCPA/CPRA workflows, advise Security, Product, Finance, clients, and internal partners, and support incident response and regulatory compliance. The role requires privacy law expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic legal guidance in a fast-paced technology environment.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems and public-facing APIs. Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams, lead initiatives improving efficiency and system performance, and support customer satisfaction. Work may involve distributed systems, pricing engines, identity management, authentication, authorization, API versioning, deprecation, and rate limiting.

Leads product marketing strategy across Engine’s product lines, owning launches, positioning, messaging, release communications, campaigns, enablement, and measurable market momentum. Manages a verticalized product marketing team, builds scalable launch systems and AI-enabled workflows, analyzes adoption and funnel data, and drives cross-functional alignment across product, growth, brand, and engineering.

Manage and develop a team of Account Executives selling Engine X corporate cards. Own territory revenue and card adoption, coach reps, participate in deals, build inbound and outbound pipeline, conduct forecasting and pipeline reviews, and communicate customer insights and product feedback to sales and product leadership.

Own the growth strategy for Engine’s partner ecosystem, driving adoption, engagement, distribution, and revenue across travel, card, API, platform, and supply partnerships. Build channel and referral programs, expand Engine X distribution, increase API and OBT adoption, deepen hotel, airline, and car rental relationships, and develop the team, playbooks, enablement, tiering, and systems needed to scale partnerships efficiently.

Leads Engine’s distributed IT organization and modernizes its IT function. Responsibilities include managing engineers and support analysts, improving device lifecycle and endpoint security, architecting Okta-based identity and automation, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, establishing support SLAs, partnering with Security and People teams, reducing technical debt, and delivering cross-functional technology programs. The role is hands-on, combining strategic leadership with technical troubleshooting and execution.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, demos, negotiations, and closing. Build and manage named-account pipelines through high-volume cold calling and self-sourced opportunities. Collaborate with Account Management during onboarding, develop customer relationships, and promote Engine’s travel platform. Maintain accurate pipeline data using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and related sales tools while consistently pursuing sales targets.
