Maintain internal tooling and documentation, apply AI to operational processes, advocate for product improvements, and create runbooks for team execution.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements for Hologram’s IoT connectivity platform, partnering with Account Executives to win complex deals. Responsibilities include solution architecture, product demonstrations, API integration guidance, hardware and embedded-system recommendations, cellular certification support, technical troubleshooting during pilots, and communicating technical value to enterprise stakeholders.
