Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Flywire’s Salesforce-based Go-To-Market technology. Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize features; guide engineering teams; manage product launches and enhancements; monitor KPIs; improve processes; and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role requires strong collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and product partners, with emphasis on platform capabilities, revenue growth, Agile delivery, and technical integrity.

Leads product strategy, roadmaps, and enterprise platform initiatives for Treasury and Finance systems. Translates business challenges into product requirements, manages backlogs, prioritizes investments, and guides initiatives from discovery through continuous improvement. Partners with executives, Treasury stakeholders, engineering, architecture teams, and vendors to ensure scalable solutions. Establishes product metrics, champions Agile practices, represents product management in governance forums, and mentors product managers.

Lead and scale Flywire's B2B engineering across the Americas, define technology strategy and operating model, build internal engineering capacity, establish Austin as an engineering hub, drive AI-first initiatives, ensure platform reliability/security/scalability, partner cross-functionally, recruit and mentor senior technical talent, and represent B2B engineering at the executive level.

Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for payment volume, revenue, cost of sales, and gross profit. Build transaction-based and SaaS revenue models, perform variance and KPI analysis, and provide executive insights. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Analytics while leading cross-functional initiatives. Use SQL, Python, R, Looker, Excel, VBA, and financial systems to analyze data and automate reporting and modeling processes.

Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for internal HCM and enterprise systems, including Workday. Partner with executives, translate business needs into product requirements, lead cross-functional delivery, govern product metrics, influence architecture and Agile practices, mentor Product Managers, and manage vendor relationships. The role drives scalable, secure enterprise platforms supporting global growth.

Serve as the first point of contact for international payers, resolving complex payment questions through phone, chat, email, and other channels. Provide personalized support, conduct proactive outreach, follow up on unresolved requests, handle escalations, and collaborate across departments. Collect and report customer feedback, identify recurring issues, assist with data trend analysis, mentor newer associates, and support training while adapting to changing processes and customer needs.

Lead technical strategy and roadmap for Go-To-Market platforms. Partner with stakeholders and engineering to translate requirements into user stories, manage product lifecycle, drive agile adoption, measure KPIs, and deliver platform capabilities that enable revenue growth and improve GTM experience.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy for a global payments platform. Establish architecture standards, modernize legacy systems, guide cloud-native and microservices adoption, mentor architects, enable governance, advise the CTO on technology investments, and drive platform scalability, security, and compliance across global engineering teams.

Manage relationships with enterprise travel clients, driving retention and growth. Collaborate with sales and operations, ensuring clients maximize Flywire's payment solutions.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Treasury and finance enterprise systems; translate business needs into product requirements; drive cross-functional delivery, vendor relationships, architecture decisions, and metrics. Mentor product managers and partner with senior leaders to prioritize scalable, secure solutions supporting growth.
