Drive revenue for Flywire’s travel payments solutions through direct sales and strategic partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generate pipeline, present value propositions, meet revenue quotas, and build new accounts across the Americas and Europe. Collaborate with product, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support solution delivery, implementation, lead generation, and market research.

Lead strategic payment initiatives from planning through production, coordinating Product, Engineering, Treasury, Finance, Network, Compliance, and Operations teams. Manage project dependencies, milestones, risks, operational readiness, incidents, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Support payment partner and bank governance through scorecards, performance tracking, and network optimization. Provide data-driven stakeholder updates and drive operational excellence across Flywire’s global payment network.

Leads strategic planning, business opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, revenue optimization, and cross-functional execution for the Payments business. Develops business cases and recommendations, presents insights to senior leadership, supports quarterly and annual planning, establishes KPIs, and drives initiatives from analysis through implementation. Partners across product, engineering, finance, marketing, operations, and vertical teams while monitoring payments and fintech industry trends.

Perform offensive security operations, including cloud, network, web application, and API penetration testing; source-code and vulnerability analysis; purple- and red-team exercises; bug bounty management; and threat-informed testing using MITRE ATT&CK. Collaborate with engineering, SRE, IT, and Blue Teams to improve detections, communicate remediation guidance, and support security fixes. The role requires at least two years of IT security and penetration-testing experience.

Convert inbound and outbound B2B leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals for Flywire’s accounts receivable automation and payments platform. Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative sales discussions while managing the full sales cycle through onboarding handoff. Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Solutions Engineering, and use client feedback to support product improvements and sales initiatives.

Leads the Americas Payment Experience team while handling complex payer inquiries across phone, chat, and email. Acts as an escalation point and payment-product expert, identifies payer experience improvements through data analysis, supports scheduling, training, quality reviews, team development, and project execution. Collaborates with regional and global stakeholders on launches, training materials, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

Leads a team of analytics professionals and owns client and product analytics strategy, dashboards, reporting, metrics governance, and self-service capabilities. Partners with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and account teams to define trustworthy KPIs, improve data quality, translate complex data into actionable insights, and prioritize analytics initiatives. The role combines people leadership with hands-on BI solution design and supports client-facing analytics offerings.

Provides first-line technical support for hospitality and e-commerce customers through email, web, and phone. Resolves routine issues using Zendesk, troubleshoots technical problems with logs and developer tools, documents solutions, and escalates complex issues to Tier 2 or Engineering. Maintains high-volume ticket performance, communicates clearly with customers, contributes to SOPs and knowledge-base content, identifies bugs and process improvements, and supports customer calls, screen shares, trainings, and on-call coverage.
