Lead the technical architecture and execution of migration to AWS, drive developer enablement, and automate infrastructure using code-first principles.

Design, build, and operate FloSports' live streaming platform for tens of thousands of events annually. Own backend services and APIs (Node.js/NestJS and/or Go), ensure broadcast-grade reliability, monitor stream health and QoE, implement redundancy and failover, build tooling/alerting, write tests, and participate in on-call rotation.
