Own FloElite’s social presence by ideating, creating, and publishing CrossFit content before, during, and between competitions. Develop event narratives, real-time coverage, highlights, short-form clips, athlete-focused stories, and evergreen content to grow audiences and drive viewership and subscriptions. Coordinate with FloSports teams, create original video when possible, and travel to selected events for on-site coverage. The role requires deep CrossFit knowledge, strong social and video instincts, independent ownership, and availability for nights and weekends.

Leads FloLacrosse’s social content strategy and execution, including real-time game coverage, live clipping, highlights, short-form video, athlete features, and event storytelling. Uses audience analytics to improve engagement, viewership, and subscriptions; manages social channels, coordinates freelancers and external contributors, collaborates cross-functionally, and travels to selected lacrosse events for on-site coverage.

Creates social-first graphics, thumbnails, breaking-news visuals, athlete and event storytelling, statistics, rankings, and promotional assets across digital platforms. Builds scalable templates and design systems, maintains brand consistency, collaborates with content and creative teams, and experiments with motion, AI tools, and emerging formats. Requires strong visual storytelling, typography, composition, platform knowledge, and the ability to deliver quickly in a sports media environment.

Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning new sports vertical launches, technology and operational transformations, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and executive reporting. Coordinate commercial, technical, production, partner, content, marketing, and customer-experience teams while managing roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, change management, and post-launch or post-merger execution.

Leads FloSports’ global content acquisition and market growth strategy by identifying high-potential sports verticals, evaluating competitive and revenue opportunities, acquiring media rights, and pursuing strategic company acquisitions. Builds partnerships with leagues, federations, and rights holders; develops business cases and monetization models; negotiates agreements; and collaborates with legal, finance, content, marketing, product, and operations teams to launch and optimize new sports categories.

Analyze and develop new sports, media-rights, and revenue opportunities. Build market theses, business cases, financial models, pipeline forecasts, and scenario analyses; evaluate deal economics and partnership structures; support diligence, negotiations, and executive decisions; and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through opportunity approval and launch. Monitor partnership performance and improve tools, data, and workflows for efficient deal evaluation.

Manage and optimize FloSports’ financial systems, including NetSuite, Stripe, and Celigo integrations. Responsibilities include system administration, configuration, billing maintenance, integration monitoring, workflow optimization, data integrity, accounting alignment, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, user testing, training, and vendor management.

Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications for streaming experiences. Collaborate on TV platforms, establish architecture, and utilize AI tools to enhance productivity.
