Own Flex's commercial expansion into new sectors by building territory strategy, managing full sales cycle for mid-market and SMB accounts, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and partnering cross-functionally to deploy and scale embedded payment partnerships. Document repeatable playbooks and feed market feedback into product, pricing, and GTM.

Build and manage sales pipeline for Flex by prospecting property management companies, developing executive relationships, responding to inbound leads, educating prospects, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with account teams. The role includes structured onboarding, mentorship, ongoing enablement, and a path toward account executive or account management positions. It is hybrid in Lehi, Utah, with travel for company offsites, sales kickoff, and onboarding.

Launches, manages, and scales complex enterprise partnerships in the rent and fintech vertical. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, financial models, growth initiatives, operating processes, and go-to-market strategies; managing strategic partner relationships; tracking performance; leading business reviews; negotiating renewals; and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue and partnership growth.
