The role manages promotional and events calendars, develops GTM playbooks, translates plans into Host communications and customer journeys, enables premium experiences, and oversees VIP customer feedback and NPS programs. Success requires cross-functional coordination, strong organization, clear communication, proactive ideation, and the ability to create scalable processes using AI-enabled tools.

Own the commercial strategy for Shop and Ticketing within the Fanatics app. Analyze customer cohorts, funnel performance, and business KPIs to identify growth opportunities, guide campaigns and merchandising, and improve acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchases. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Design, Analytics, Finance, Research, and Loyalty, while influencing product roadmap decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Performs month-end close activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Supports regulatory filings, audits, SOX documentation, intercompany accounting, technical accounting analysis, and responses to finance inquiries across multiple legal entities. The role also helps improve recurring accounting processes and supports ad hoc projects.

Own and evolve Fanatics’ production PostgreSQL/RDS databases and Kafka/MSK streaming platform. Responsibilities include query and schema review, performance tuning, incident response, GitOps-based topic management, CDC pipeline reliability, self-service infrastructure tooling, upgrades, capacity and cost optimization, and cross-team infrastructure standards. The role serves as a technical escalation point, partners with product engineering teams, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call rotations.

Drive VIP strategic initiatives by developing executive presentations, financial models, dashboards, and analyses that inform business decisions. Translate ambiguous inputs into clear narratives, improve visibility into revenue and customer trends, automate processes using AI and analytics tools, and support organizational, operating model, go-to-market, and customer communication strategies. Collaborate across VIP, Loyalty, technical teams, and the broader Fanatics organization.

Own customer relationships, educate users on prediction markets, drive engagement and retention, reactivate dormant accounts, resolve issues, represent the company professionally, and share customer feedback with internal teams. Build and manage a growing portfolio of highly engaged customers while contributing to the platform’s growth strategy.

Manage month-end close across multiple legal entities, prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and regulatory filings. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, NFA, CFTC, SOX, and internal controls. Partner with Finance, Shared Services, Technical Accounting, auditors, and business stakeholders on forecasts, transactions, tax compliance, and process improvements. Support team development and accounting operations in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Manage daily New York office operations, including visitors, access, mail, conference rooms, seating, supplies, catering, onboarding support, and employee assistance. Coordinate facilities vendors, maintenance, safety procedures, security, expenses, and budgeting. Support employee engagement events, office communications, town halls, and team activities while partnering with leadership, People Experience, IT, facilities, and external providers.
