Leads Fanatics Betting & Gaming’s customer experience function, managing team leads, operations specialists, and agents. Translates customer insights and performance data into recommendations, process improvements, resourcing strategies, and cross-functional initiatives. Establishes support policies, coaches managers, resolves critical issues, supports recruiting and succession planning, and partners with product, engineering, marketing, and business leaders to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Occasional travel to offices, conferences, events, and team activities is required.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput distributed systems for a real-money prediction and trading platform. Own Kafka-based event pipelines, low-latency data processing, scalability, reliability, and production issue resolution. Partner with product and engineering leadership on architecture and domain decisions, identify performance risks, and improve engineering standards through design documentation and code reviews.

The role collaborates with Compliance, Accounting, Risk, and Operations to maintain accurate, timely, audit-ready processes.

The role also involves building and validating machine learning models, applying statistical experimentation, and exploring Generative AI opportunities.
