Own the technical vision and architecture of Faire’s machine learning platform, spanning training, inference, feature management, governance, MLOps, experimentation, and observability. Lead adoption of Databricks, Unity Catalog, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow; optimize platform scalability, reliability, and cost; advise data science and engineering teams; influence cross-functional architecture; mentor ML engineers; and integrate emerging AI productivity tools.

Build and operate scalable, secure ETL/ELT, streaming, storage, compute, orchestration, and data warehousing at petabyte scale. Build and productionize ML models for shipping cost estimation, retailer credit underwriting, SEO-driven landing pages, personalization, and lifetime value prediction. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design features, deploy explainable and performant models, and extract value from two-sided marketplace data to grow and optimize Faire's retailer business.

Lead the science and technical direction for Compass, building agentic LLM features end-to-end. Drive data, evaluation, and modeling to improve agent quality, ship production features across backend/data/frontend, define eval/experiment frameworks, and collaborate on architecture and tooling to safely enable assistant actions.

The Staff Product Manager will drive pricing strategies and build tools for pricing performance, collaborating with teams to support brand success and growth.

Lead Finance Systems & Data, driving modernization and AI adoption in finance. Manage architecture, oversee data integrity, and develop a high-performing team.

Build and maintain revenue operations systems, reporting, forecasting, and compensation processes. Deliver analytical frameworks, pipeline diagnostics, ad hoc deep dives, and AI-driven automation to improve sales performance and decision-making while partnering cross-functionally.
