The SME will deliver advisory services on Clearwater's SaaS platform, focusing on investment accounting, client reporting, and enhancing change management. Responsibilities include identifying service opportunities, strategizing for client needs, and optimizing delivery processes.

The Solutions Consultant collaborates with clients to address operational issues, win new business, develop proposals, and ensure successful implementation of Clearwater solutions.

Provide operational support and client relationship management for investment accounting queries. Deliver timely, accurate responses, validate investment data, perform account setup and reconciliations, use internal tools and third-party data, manage workflow to meet quality/productivity metrics, and participate in team and cross-functional projects to improve client experience.
