Role Overview
The TA Center of Excellence Intern will support the day-to-day operations of Clearwater's Talent Acquisition function, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, systems, and analytics at a fast-growing, publicly traded SaaS company. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented, process-minded student who wants practical experience in how a modern Talent Acquisition organization runs behind the scenes — not just how individual roles are filled, but how the entire hiring engine is built, measured, and improved.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including requisition setup, data hygiene, and workflow configuration.
Help coordinate interview scheduling logistics across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, escalating conflicts or delays as needed.
Assist in building and maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to support data-driven decision-making.
Help document and continuously improve TA processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Support onboarding logistics coordination, ensuring a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to day one.
Assist with vendor and tool administration, including job board postings and assessment platform support.
Partner with recruiters and TA leadership on ad hoc projects, including sourcing support, employer branding initiatives, and campus/early-career recruiting logistics.
Help audit ATS and reporting data for accuracy and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
