Split time between presenting on stage and building hands-on demos, labs, and social technical content to engage AI builders and infrastructure teams.

Own the end-to-end console experience, including navigation, information architecture, onboarding, shared surfaces, and cross-product patterns. Lead the design system as a product by managing its component library, standards, roadmap, and adoption across teams. Set product-wide quality standards, collaborate closely with engineering, mentor UI engineers, and establish a creative vision for a simple, cohesive cloud console experience.

Own product marketing for DigitalOcean’s AI-Native Cloud, including ICP refinement, positioning, sales enablement, web messaging, customer storytelling, executive thought leadership, and cross-functional launches. Partner with product, sales, engineering, customers, communications, and creative teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value and drive AI revenue. The role requires strong B2B product marketing, technical fluency, AI landscape knowledge, storytelling, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Own technical go-to-market strategy for AI-native cloud product lines and markets. Develop positioning, messaging, demos, sample applications, technical content, launches, sales enablement, and executive communications. Serve as a public technical voice, measure adoption and commercial impact, monitor the competitive landscape, and mentor product marketers while establishing team standards and repeatable launch frameworks.

Leads global data center design and deployment teams responsible for layouts, rack elevations, cabling, BOMs, installation packages, scheduling, budgets, contractors, commissioning, and operational handoff for AI/GPU infrastructure. Establishes repeatable deployment standards, manages cross-functional coordination, drives defect resolution and process improvements, and develops team talent across concurrent international programs.

Partner with key business customers to optimize DigitalOcean cloud deployments, design architectures, troubleshoot technical challenges, drive retention and expansion, conduct business reviews, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role also involves creating automation tools, delivering technical presentations and training, monitoring usage trends, and advising customers on cloud, AI/ML, cost, and performance optimization.

Serve as a technical partner to sales and customer success teams, advising high-value customers on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML solutions. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, proofs of concept, demos, onboarding, technical workshops, infrastructure optimization, LLM deployment and fine-tuning, GPU workload optimization, AI application design, data pipeline and database integration, escalations, documentation, and development of tools for premium customers. Collaborate globally with Engineering, Product, Support, and account teams.

Counsel DigitalOcean on datacenter and infrastructure transactions, including leasing, colocation, design/build, operations and maintenance, and procurement agreements for compute and power equipment. Negotiate contracts, advise on risk allocation and supplier performance, support international expansion, collaborate with procurement, engineering, finance, tax, and compliance teams, and create scalable contracting tools such as templates, playbooks, and approval matrices.

Negotiate and provide legal guidance on datacenter leases, colocation, design/build, facilities, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure procurement agreements. Partner with procurement, engineering, operations, finance, tax, compliance, and local counsel on transactions, risk allocation, international expansion, and supplier matters. Develop contracting templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and approval matrices while supporting other high-priority legal work.

Provide legal guidance for datacenter and infrastructure transactions, including leases, colocation, design-build, operations and maintenance, and hardware procurement agreements. Draft and negotiate contracts, advise on risk allocation and supplier performance, support international expansion, and create scalable legal tools such as templates and playbooks. Collaborate with procurement, engineering, operations, finance, tax, compliance, and senior leadership while managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
