Design and train LLMs and agentic systems for cybersecurity using RLHF/RLAIF and supervised fine-tuning. Build agent architectures, tooling, retrieval/memory, and evaluation pipelines with rigorous statistical benchmarking. Optimize prompts and inference, collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes, and drive research on agent planning, safety, and reliability.

Lead and deliver large, complex platform engineering programs across sensor, cloud, and research teams. Provide hands-on program leadership, drive cross-team schedules, resolve architectural and infrastructure dependencies, and escalate critical issues. Build AI-powered dashboards, automated reporting, and integrations between Jira, GitLab, monitoring and build systems to surface program risks and automate routine PM tasks. Coach distributed teams, communicate status to executives, and align engineering work with strategic objectives.

Build and maintain end-to-end testing frameworks and tooling for CrowdStrikes cloud and sensor products. Verify component, integration and application-level features, increase automated test coverage, review designs for testability, debug complex distributed systems, contribute to tools and frameworks, and support post-incident root-cause quality improvements and test infrastructure.
