Lead technical onboarding for mid-market CrowdStrike customers post-sale, manage implementations, define 90-day success criteria, troubleshoot technical issues, escalate and coordinate cross-functional resolution, create knowledge base content, advocate for customers, identify renewal risks, and drive process improvements to ensure long-term customer success.

Serve as a trusted advisor implementing Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and related log management/SOAR capabilities. Deliver integrations, onboarding, searches, dashboards, and AI-assisted investigations. Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, customer-facing consulting, and product feedback to influence roadmap and operationalize NG-SIEM in customer environments.

Lead the Falcon Guide product end-to-end: define roadmap across phased AI/agent features, partner with design, engineering, AI, content and analytics, drive conversion metrics, measure performance, and represent progress to senior stakeholders while scaling a 0→1 product into a personalized, agentic buying experience.

Lead strategy and execution for CrowdStrike's Identity Protection product: detect and prioritize identity risk across human and non-human identities, define identity graph models, drive remediation automation and verification, and surface identity risk across the security stack. Use AI agents and rapid prototyping to iterate specs and partner with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to deliver usable identity risk solutions.
