Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations to support institutional sales, billing, and compliance. Own end-to-end feature delivery, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, ensure engineering quality through reviews and documentation, mentor junior engineers, and support operations via on-call rotations and incident triage.

Lead AI-informed workforce capacity planning and forecasting for Compliance Operations. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to build scenario-based staffing models, cost and OpEx forecasts, and drive opportunities from analysis through execution. Communicate capacity risk and regulatory readiness to senior leadership and act as a WFM center of excellence across adjacent teams.

Lead and coordinate IT and security audits across cloud infrastructure, application security, IAM, vendor risk, and blockchain products; shape audit roadmap; produce executive- and Board-level reports; drive remediation and validate corrective actions; partner with technology leaders and mentor audit staff.

Manage Coinbase's defense in securities class actions and shareholder derivative suits. Lead pleadings, discovery, motions, expert work, settlement negotiations, and outside counsel. Advise senior leadership and the board on litigation risk, monitor corporate law developments, and manage D&O insurance relationships.
