Lead architecture and technical strategy for threat detection and response across Cloudflare's network. Design and build large-scale data pipelines and edge/Cloud systems, develop AI-assisted workflows for threat hunting, mentor engineers, operate production services (Kubernetes, Workers), and participate in on-call incident response while collaborating with Threat Intelligence, Product, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams.

Lead global talent acquisition as an executive architect of Cloudflare’s workforce: design predictive, AI-first hiring systems, build data-driven talent pipelines, partner with executives on multi-year workforce strategy, scale global recruiting operations with compliance (GDPR) and compensation architecture, and lead/mentor a distributed team of recruiters, sourcers, and operations specialists.

Own and advance Cloudflare's end-to-end revenue forecast: design methodology, run planning cycles, build multi-scenario models linking bookings to recognized revenue, automate forecasting with AI, partner with Accounting/FP&A, and deliver executive and board-level reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.

Provide high-level administrative support to two VPs, managing complex calendars, coordinating international/domestic travel and visas, preparing expense reports, organizing meetings and events, leading process improvements, mentoring junior admins, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for executive needs.

Lead architecture and evolution of the Workers control plane, re-engineer core services for scale, own system stability and efficiency, define benchmarks, participate in on-call, mentor senior engineers, represent the team in design forums, and evaluate/apply emerging technologies including AI to improve the developer platform.

Build and extend high-scale egress-path systems running on Linux kernel and network dataplanes. Work on kernel network stack (eBPF), routing (BGP), and distributed systems to optimize packet flow, reliability, and performance. Collaborate across teams and participate in on-call rotation.

Detect and mitigate sophisticated platform threats in real time by analyzing network and metadata, developing detections and rules, tracking attacker TTPs and IOCs, and communicating actionable threat intelligence to technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to build and document detection tooling and mentor others.

Build and maintain the Workers control plane: design and ship features, improve performance, scalability, and reliability, design resilient storage and I/O, own production reliability/on-call, drive projects end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and prototype new technologies.

Partner with Developer GTM leaders to own forecasting, planning, deal evaluation, product economics, and executive reporting for the Developer Platform. Build models and frameworks for consumption-based and hybrid commercial structures, connect product and infrastructure economics to revenue outcomes, steward budgets and monthly close, and provide narrative-driven insights to influence senior leadership decisions.

Lead pre- and post-sales technical strategy with top Global GSIs and Service Providers to scale Cloudflare One and AI infrastructure. Own technical account plans, build partner champion programs, produce repeatable reference architectures, support complex global deals, accelerate partner-managed services, and drive automation and co-innovation across CF1 and AI products.
