Responsibilities include improving deployment systems, securing infrastructure, optimizing CPU, bandwidth, and storage resources, advising application teams on architecture, driving engineering productivity initiatives, and responding to platform incidents. The role requires experience with distributed systems or Linux production environments, systems programming or scripting, container orchestration, CI/CD, automated testing, source control, troubleshooting, and optionally infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.

Own the technical customer relationship across discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for SLED and local government customers.
