Lead and scale a US Named Accounts Solutions Engineering team to drive technical pre-sales, manage complex enterprise sales cycles and PoCs, coach engineers in the field, align cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and accelerate enterprise adoption of AI and Cloudflare technologies while ensuring governance, privacy, and high-ROI production-ready AI deployments.

Lead executive engagement strategy for Cloudflare's top enterprise accounts across the Americas. Develop narrative frameworks, prepare executives, design facilitator-led engagements, partner with Sales and Product, and scale playbooks emphasizing AI-driven personalization to drive account growth, retention, and pipeline acceleration.

Lead and hands-on build the AI Gateway: set technical/product direction, implement core systems and developer tooling, recruit and mentor engineers, collaborate with platform teams, and ship high-velocity AI infrastructure and agent tooling.
