As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll support sales by providing technical expertise, delivering presentations, and conducting demos for Cloudflare solutions in a pre-sales capacity while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

Monitor and investigate sophisticated email threats (BEC, invoice fraud), perform real-time triage and remediation, run proactive hunts, provide customer crisis intervention and onboarding, feed detection engineering with telemetry and campaign data, and guide customers on SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment and email security posture.
