Manage and grow customer relationships across Western North Texas by promoting aggregates and construction materials, coordinating with operations, developing sales plans, preparing forecasts and reports, participating in bid processes, and ensuring timely collections and customer service.

Analyze and design tubular steel transmission structures to meet customer specifications and standards. Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, and drawings; review and coordinate design changes with project teams and customers; assist drafting, fabrication, and field issue resolution.

Manage regional sales for steel and concrete utility structures, set targets and budgets, maintain alliance accounts, coordinate with engineering and production, prepare contracts and forecasts, and drive customer relationships and value-added initiatives. Travel required to support customers and regional activities.

Provide sales support and customer service: prepare order tracking and price charts, respond to pricing/availability inquiries, assist with bids/quotes, manage invoices in NetSuite, troubleshoot NetSuite, follow up on quotes and lost sales, and perform related administrative duties.

Lead and coach a regional sales team to achieve volume, pricing, and margin targets. Develop new business, manage key customer relationships, prepare estimates and bids, align cross-functional execution, monitor market trends, support product development, enforce sales processes, and oversee budgeting, collections, and compliance for the Southern California territory.
