Provides end-to-end payroll processing for multiple managed customers, including case management, escalations, root cause analysis, client calls, Workday payroll configuration, tax and garnishment support, audits, year-end processing, W-2 adjustments, compliance, and service documentation. Maintains quality and production metrics while meeting deadlines and collaborating with customer and internal teams.

Processes payroll checks, payroll advices, W-2s, garnishment checks, benefits materials, mail, and fulfillment requests. Operates printing, inserting, postage, and shipping equipment; prepares shipping documents; monitors tickets and service levels; resolves issues with Payroll Administrators; maintains records and 5S standards. Requires detailed, accurate work, strong attendance, customer service, communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Seasonal overtime is required.

Manages relationships with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of OSV. Responsibilities include handling escalations, negotiating judgments and penalties, ensuring payroll tax compliance, supporting regulatory changes, gathering documentation, coordinating issue resolution, and validating system updates. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, data analysis, and knowledge of payroll tax regulations in outsourced environments.

The VP of Technology Operations oversees operational discipline, quality culture, incident management, and technology planning across engineering to ensure process continuity and performance.

Provide payroll administration and customer support for assigned Workday customers: manage casework within SLAs, troubleshoot audits and W-2 processes, lead quarterly customer touchpoints, recommend improvements, and maintain service documentation to meet quality and production targets.

The Tax Data Specialist maintains tax profile data, processes update requests from customers, manages cases, and ensures accurate data input into multiple systems.

Own relationships with an assigned portfolio of strategic and referral partners, drive co-sell pipeline and partner-influenced revenue, manage PRM entries, co-facilitate partner meetings, enable internal GTM stakeholders, collect partner materials, recommend program improvements, and represent OSV at partner events (~20% travel).

The Account Executive will engage with existing OSV customers to drive expansion and revenue growth, employing effective selling strategies and maintaining accurate sales data.

Provide COBRA administration support to clients and participants: process qualifying events, terminations, premium payments, correspondence, and resolve service issues. Participate in implementations and open enrollment, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet performance standards while delivering professional customer service.

Serve as the primary technical operations liaison for payroll tax implementations and production support. Validate and troubleshoot data files and integrations (XML/CSV/TXT/JSON), manage escalations, coordinate testing and cutovers, ensure data quality, advise on tax setup, and document SOPs to support customer onboarding and daily operations.
