Manage full-cycle technical recruiting from requisition intake through placement. Source specialized talent, screen candidates, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, prepare candidates for interviews, and manage multiple requisitions. Use ATS, VMS, sourcing platforms, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools while collaborating with recruiting and delivery teams to meet hiring priorities and submit qualified candidates.

Leads financial solution design and implementation for MSP/VMS programs, including requirements gathering, VMS configuration, ERP and finance-system integrations, testing, reconciliation, invoicing, supplier payments, controls, and go-live readiness. Owns the Finance workstream, coordinates client and internal stakeholders, develops operating procedures and KPIs, supports cutover and hypercare, and ensures financial accuracy and compliance with contracts and commercial requirements.

Partner with stakeholders to gather AI requirements, govern and administer enterprise AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Fathom, Gamma), manage Agent Skills, handle user provisioning and license administration, monitor usage and compliance, deliver training and enablement, and continuously improve AI administration processes.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume IT contract recruiting: source, screen, interview, and submit candidates; build talent pipelines; manage ATS/VMS; liaise with clients and account teams to fill roles and deliver consistent professional representation.
