Provide front-desk reception, mail/package handling, office support, supply management, errands, and plan/support company events while supervising receptionist interns and assisting employees with administrative needs.

Partner with stakeholders to gather AI requirements, govern and administer enterprise AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Fathom, Gamma), manage Agent Skills, handle user provisioning and license administration, monitor usage and compliance, deliver training and enablement, and continuously improve AI administration processes.
