Job Summary

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and identify opportunities to leverage AI solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to departments by providing guidance on AI capabilities, best practices, and responsible adoption.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern enterprise Agent Skills while promoting reusable solutions and standardization across teams.
  • Collaborate with AI champions to deliver user enablement, training, and upskilling initiatives that increase AI proficiency throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Monitor platform usage, investigate anomalies, and proactively address governance, compliance, and operational issues.
  • Administer enterprise AI platforms, including GPT, Claude, Fathom, and Gamma, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, group maintenance, and license administration across enterprise AI platforms.
  • Generate and distribute monthly platform usage reports to business stakeholders and team owners.
  • Continuously improve enterprise AI administration processes by documenting best practices and sharing knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 1–2 years supporting or implementing AI solutions.
  • Strong Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies or operational outliers.
  • Working knowledge of Agent Skills, including their purpose, practical applications, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing enterprise software licenses, user groups, or access administration is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of AI prompting, token efficiency, and practical techniques for optimizing AI interactions is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.

Skills Required
