Provide technical customer support to 20–40 software clients across the United States and Canada. Manage inquiries through phone, chat, and email; troubleshoot issues, create and resolve tickets, research solutions, document findings, and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams. Train clients on software features and releases, communicate enhancement requests, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements. This is a fully remote role with Pacific Time working hours.

Lead and mature the Product function for a public-housing software suite. Define product vision and roadmap, introduce disciplined product management practices, coach three Product Owners, partner with Development, Sales, and Marketing, engage customers, and guide the transition from a legacy desktop application to a modern web-based platform while exploring AI-enabled product delivery.

Provide consultative Title IV financial aid compliance expertise to colleges and career schools. Conduct institutional file reviews, perform verification and R2T4 calculations, respond to regulatory inquiries, identify compliance risks, and produce guidance, documentation, and SOPs to strengthen institutional financial aid practices.
