The Business Development Executive will drive sales of AI and analytics solutions, managing the sales cycle, and building client relationships.

Lead enterprise data strategy and design cloud-native lakehouse platforms. Build real-time and batch pipelines, architect generative AI (RAG, vector DBs, multi-agent), implement MLOps and feature stores, create BI solutions, establish governance, and lead/mentor technical teams while consulting with executive stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke AI solutions for enterprise clients, owning requirements, prototyping, and production-ready specs. Design agentic, human-in-the-loop workflows, run client discovery and workshops, and mentor consultants while shaping practice methodology and repeatable solution patterns.

Lead day-to-day marketing for an enterprise AI consulting firm: own demand generation and ABM, run end-to-end campaigns, build thought leadership and executive branding, manage web/PR/events and a lean AI-native martech stack, enable sales with customer advocacy, lead the marketing team and budget, and measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue. Occasional travel (~10%).

The role involves leading client engagements for AI adoption, shaping practice evolution, and ensuring successful integration of AI into business processes.
