Develops business plans, marketing strategies, forecasts, positioning, and lifecycle programs for semiconductor product lines. The role collaborates with design and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, cost-effective test solutions.

Develops and implements ATE test strategies for highly integrated analog and mixed-signal power management devices. Responsibilities include creating test plans and programs, designing ATE hardware interfaces, characterizing and debugging silicon, analyzing yield fallout, improving test time, supporting failure analysis and qualification, and releasing products to volume production. The role requires semiconductor product test experience, analog circuit knowledge, data analysis, and collaboration across design and manufacturing teams.

Evaluate, select, install, upgrade, maintain, and improve semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role studies equipment performance and reliability, increases uptime, supports manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams, monitors manufacturer updates and safety issues, and develops preventive maintenance schedules. It also provides technical solutions for equipment problems affecting manufacturing processes.

Analyze and resolve complex export control, sanctions, restricted-party screening, KYC, and enhanced due diligence matters. Assess transaction and customer risk, investigate escalations, document decisions, and improve governance, policies, workflows, and screening tools. Partner with IT to define data requirements, optimize reporting, and evaluate AI-enabled compliance capabilities. Support global operations across U.S. and international trade-control regimes.

Designs digital circuitry for battery gauge mixed-signal SoCs, translating system requirements into microarchitecture, RTL, and production hardware. Owns the digital flow from RTL through GDSII, collaborates with analog, verification, validation, product, and test engineering teams, and supports first-pass production transfer. The role also improves architectures, develops embedded controller and DSP capabilities, automates design flows, and leads technical discussions and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead development, characterization, optimization, and manufacturing scale-up of GaN power devices. Responsibilities include TCAD simulation, device design and layout, process-flow development, DOE execution, process integration, manufacturability collaboration, reliability improvement, and failure root-cause analysis. The role requires hands-on semiconductor laboratory experience, device physics expertise, electrical and materials characterization skills, and cross-functional collaboration with fabrication, manufacturing, reliability, and business teams.
