Design and verify mixed-signal current-sensing ICs across the full IC lifecycle: RTL design, synthesis, P&R, timing analysis, test development, mixed-signal verification, automation, and silicon bring-up to ensure first-pass success.

Select, install, upgrade, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment (CVD/PVD, etch, ash). Monitor equipment performance and reliability, define preventative maintenance schedules, increase uptime, and provide technical support to equipment repair and process engineering teams.

Design and build AI-enabled solutions to accelerate analog circuit design, sizing, and layout. Develop and train discriminative and generative models (including LLMs and transformers), build data pipelines, test and monitor models, collaborate with analog design partners, participate in design reviews, and produce technical documentation for production-ready deployments.

Develop product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans for assigned product lines. Maintain customer requirements, manage product lifecycle marketing activities, analyze competition, support sales and account managers, and drive revenue while preserving profitability.

Design and lead development of LDOs and analog/mixed-signal ICs from definition through production. Guide layout, collaborate with verification, validation, systems, and applications teams, and support customers and field teams to meet product and manufacturing goals.

Provide application support for high-speed amplifiers including customer design-in help, schematic/layout review, debugging on evaluation and customer boards, designing EVMs, performing bench characterization and new-silicon testing, and producing application notes, user guides, and reference designs.

Define system architectures for high-power-density DC-DC, IBCs, and HVDC solutions. Develop specifications, lead topology evaluation and optimization, model and simulate performance (efficiency, EMI, thermal), validate hardware, and support product bring-up and customer deployments while collaborating cross-functionally and engaging hyperscale customers.

Lead a Photo/Diffusion process engineering section to drive process release, stability, yield improvements, APC deployment, and ramp next-generation nodes. Recruit, mentor, partner cross-functionally, and deliver data-driven operational performance to meet production milestones.

Design and verify digital and mixed-signal blocks for ASSP ICs: develop microarchitecture, drive RTL and gate-level verification, create timing constraints, run STA and CDC checks, use JasperGold formal checks, collaborate with analog teams, interact with customers, mentor team members, and improve RTL/verification flows to ensure first-pass success.

Lead qualification and reliability activities for GaN FETs and Si gate driver devices across new product development. Drive qualification plans, hardware design for stress tests, failure analysis, manufacturing escalation, cost and quality improvements, and cross-functional collaboration from KO to RTM.
